Funeka was the absolute best at the front desk from the moment she received us when we checked in. Later during our stay, we had an issue where black sewage backed up into the bathtub in our room and filled the entire room with stench. After the technician came out to assess the problem, the putrid smell and black residue remained in the room and tub, respectively. The smell even permeated the hall outside our room. When we informed other attendants who were at the front desk, we were told that they could provide a spray to mask the odor and that we could simply run the water from the tub faucet to get rid of the material ourselves. When Funeka arrived, however, she quickly arranged for a room change. She was a delight and offered exceptional concierge service.
